The problem

Having produced the inaugural report in-house, the management team at Eptura recognised they needed a dedicated writer who could contribute strategically as well as editorially.

The brief

Reinforce Eptura’s expertise by keeping organisations abreast of global workplace patterns – specifically the practical and emotional impacts freedom and connection have on employers and employers.

The strategy

Produce a deep dive report into a hotly debated subject – how to balance individuals’ desire to work how they want and the need for connection in a business. Future reports will feature different workplace demands, providing statistics on key trends as well as behavioural feedback and key insights.
